To register a player or as a coach, Click on the "Registration" tab above. Please follow each step and fill in all appropriate fields.
At the account verification screen you will have three options:
Option [1] Enter username and password, if you have created this previously use this option. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
Option [2] If you have forgotten your username and password, enter the players last name, date of birth and your address.
Option [3] If you are new to Grants Pass please create a new account.
Please disable your pop-up blocker in order to print out the forms that are needed at the end of the registration process and you need to be able to download from the internet.
